MC nylon rod (Monomer casting nylon), also known as cast nylon rod, is to melt the raw material with lactam monomer C6H11NO as a catalyst under normal pressure.

MC nylon rod has the characteristics of shock resistance, oil resistance, self-lubricating, good toughness, high bending strength, strong wear resistance, and dimensional stability. MC nylon rods are widely used in functional plastics, which can replace excellent materials of steel, iron, copper, and other metals. At the same time, MC nylon rods are also more important engineering plastics.
