Nylon pulley products are mainly divided into two categories, laminated pulleys, and take-up pulleys. After the take-up pulley is coated by the same method, it is wound into a rod on a special tube core and baked and cured.

Compared with the take-up pulley, the application of the laminated pulley is also quite different. Compared with the take-up pulley, the superimposed pulley has a stronger cutting force and is economical, and is easy to install, but the line pattern is thicker, gloss and life are not as good as the take-up pulley. It is mainly used for sanding applications that have certain requirements on the surface but not very high requirements. The winding pulley has a finer, brighter, and better service life. It is mainly used for deburring and fine surface treatment. The use of the take-up pulley needs to be installed on the equipment with the flange, so there are certain requirements for the equipment.
